PiYo – combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. It’s high speed and low impact and delivers a true fat burning workout using your own Body Weight. A benefit it leaves the body looking lean, and incredibly defined.
Piloxing is a fitness program that blends the best of Pilates, boxing and dance into a high-energy interval workout that incorporates interval and barefoot training to burn maximum calories and increase stamina.
Train Dirty Fitness Kick. 60 minutes of High energy kickboxing class that will have you jabbing, boxing and weaving and kicking your way into a fitness frenzy.
Active Fit – 30 minutes of active fitness movement that will include a variety of fitness formats for the active senior and those new to exercise. It’s also geared for individuals looking for a low impact fitness class.
